Bathua Saag Recipe | Tasty and Healthy Bathua Saag


Ingredients of Bathua ka Saag :

250gm Bathua Saag   

1 medium-size onion   

1 medium-size tomato   

2 green chillies   

4 to 5 garlic cloves   

1 Green cardamom   

2 cloves   

4 to 5 Garlic cloves   

2 green chilli   

2 tablespoon mustard oil   

Half teaspoon cumin seeds   

Half a teaspoon turmeric powder   

Half teaspoon Coriander powder   

Half a teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli power   

salt as required   

water as required

How to make Bathua ka Saag:

1) First of all we wash the bath with clean water and keep it till the water falls, After the water falls, Put it in the cooker and cook it till 2 to 3 whistles. 2) Cut the onions, tomatoes, green chillies and garlic into small pieces 3) Will heat the pan and add 2 tablespoon mustard oil, Now add cumin, garlic and green chillies to it, Roast it a little 4) Now add the onion and fry it till it turns brown. No add tomato, Now add turmeric power and salt and cook it for a while. 5) Now we will add Bathuas which we had cooked in the cooker, Now Half Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Power and Half Tsp Coriander Powder will be added to it. 5) Now add some water to it and cover it with the pot and cook it
