Bacha Macher Jhol | Bengali Fish Curry

To make the remaining mach, I have made 250 gum.

Have taken

1 large size onion,

1 tomato,

6 to 7 garlic buds

And have 2 green chillies.

In the spice, I used

coriander powder, half a teaspoon,

turmeric one forth teaspoon,

cumin half a teaspoon,

Kashmiri red chilli power

half a teaspoon of.

First, we will heat the oil and then fry Bacha Mach. Then we will add cumin seeds in the same fish oil and also add garlic. Then add the onion and fry it until it turns red from the well. Then add tomatoes. Cook tomatoes with onion well. Then add coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric and salt as per taste Will cook a little after that add water to it and allow it to cook for 5 minutes, then add fish and add coriander leaves and cover it.
